ERP and management software
Stock, sales, staff, invoicing, customers: one system, one entry, numbers you can trust.
Most growing companies do not lack data — they have too much of it, scattered. Stock in one workbook, sales in a notebook, payroll in a second file, customers in a salesperson’s phone. Every figure exists in several versions and none of them is reliable.
Management software does not exist to produce more information. It exists so information is entered once and everything else follows: the sale reduces stock, stock triggers reordering, the invoice comes out of the sale, and the dashboard stops telling stories.
ERP is a word that frightens people for good reason: international suites impose their own way of working and cost a fortune to configure. We take the other road — a system that follows your organisation, built module by module, starting with whichever one wastes the most of your week.
What is included
Inventory
Receipts, issues, stock counts, reorder thresholds, multiple warehouses. Knowing what you actually hold, in real time, and why a discrepancy exists when it does.
Sales and invoicing
Quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes, with the numbering and legal mentions your jurisdiction requires. The invoice derives from the sale rather than being retyped.
Customers and suppliers
Records, full history, outstanding balances, follow-ups. The salesperson who leaves no longer takes the customer list with them.
Workforce
Contracts, schedules, attendance, leave, variable pay elements. Built on KweekStaff, already in service.
Dashboards
Real margin by product, by customer, by period. Not a wall of charts — the three or four numbers you actually decide on.
Roles and permissions
Everyone sees what concerns them and nothing else. The warehouse does not see margins; accounting does not edit stock.
Who it is for
- Retailers and distributors running inventory on spreadsheets
- Manufacturers reconciling production, purchasing and sales
- Service companies with recurring billing and contract tracking
- Multi-site groups with no consolidated view
What drives the price
- How many modules you take: starting with one costs far less than a full rollout, and it is almost always the right way to begin.
- Concurrent users and how fine-grained the permissions need to be.
- Multi-site or multi-warehouse, which changes the data model from the design stage.
- History migration: the state of your current files decides this line on its own.
- Connections to what exists: POS, accounting, e-commerce, barcode hardware.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to roll everything out at once?
No — that is the surest way to fail. We start with the module costing you the most time each week, usually stock or invoicing. Once it is adopted, we connect the next one. The team absorbs the change instead of enduring it.
Can our spreadsheet data be migrated?
Yes, and it is the usual starting point. The difficulty is not technical but qualitative: duplicates, inconsistent naming, mismatched units. We assess before quoting, because cleaning data is real work a serious quote cannot hide.
Does it work without internet?
Depends on the module. A point of sale must keep taking payments if the line drops, so it works locally and syncs when the network returns. A dashboard has no such requirement. We decide module by module, based on what actually stops your business.
How does this compare to SAP, Odoo or Dynamics?
A packaged suite asks you to adapt your organisation to its model and charges heavily for configuration. Custom does the reverse. The suite wins when your operation is genuinely standard; as soon as it is not, configuration costs more than development.
